Music has the power to emotionalise any experience. In a store environment, it creates a suitable atmosphere by marrying visual, olfactory and haptic elements with the energy of the employees.
It can turn casual visitors into loyal customers.
We are creating and implementing two individual music profiles for HUGO and BOSS respectively. Each profile consists of carefully hand-picked music tracks and is regularly updated by the music curators at HearDis!.
A profile consists of:
an initial selection of 2.000 songs
a monthly update with 80-120 new songs to keep the musical universe fresh and relevant
We generate daily changing, custom-made playlists, free of repetitions. Our AI-based software is specially designed to account for an ambitious musical dramaturgy without jarring tempo and genre changes.
The music is played from our certified hardware player which is installed on-site and remotely maintained by our technical service partner via your internet connection.
Working with the music categories we defined for the two brands, we established two distinct music profiles, one for BOSS and one for HUGO. The music within each profile provides the foundation to then create different soundtracks.
Each of these 24/7 in-store music soundtracks is tailored to specific needs at the BOSS or HUGO stores respectively. You can have a listen to each of these three soundtracks on their dedicated pages and also learn more on how our playlists are created.
Nothing is set in stone. As we learn more about the impact of the music profile, we can easily adjust the proportions of the categories or even create new profiles combining BOSS and HUGO categories differently. With this in mind, our Brand Music Guide should be seen as an acoustic brand book for BOSS and HUGO that opens a new world of creativity and brand experience strategy.
